SPACE PLANNING: An important consideration in new construction and remodeling is the necessary planning of interior rooms and/or spaces. Where the architect establishes the building structure, Design Studio B develops the interior spaces that complete the project. We work with spatial adjacencies, consideration of traffic flow, and plan with potential furniture arrangements in mind.

CUSTOM FURNITURE DESIGN: We design custom furniture for our clients that both serves their functional needs and provides aesthetic value.

KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN: Design Studio B offers design layout, custom cabinetry designs, finish and hardware selections, as well as plumbing and appliance specifications.

INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DETAILING: Millwork, cabinetry, custom fireplace design, ceiling details and the like are included in our full scope of services.

LIGHTING DESIGN: The firm consults with specialists to create a lighting plan for optimum results. Appropriate selections for specified task lighting and decorative accents are made.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: The firm operates on the client's behalf to manage architectural components and design intent for new construction and remodeling projects. The service includes consulting with and coordinating artisans, talented trades' people and sub-contractors. Estimates and bids are requested throughout the design process to coincide with the proposed budget. In addition, timely installations are scheduled at each stage of the project.

DESIGN SELECTIONS: Composed and coordinated for each client's individual needs and style, extensive resources are available for all aspects of the project: Furnishings, Fabrics, Window Treatments, Lighting, Wallcovering, Floorcovering, and Accessories.

PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION: After interior components are selected we will prepare a proposal for client review.
