Our Process

During our initial conversations, we learn about you and your space.
You educate us on your goals, wants, inspiration, style and expectations.
We listen, discuss, present projects from our portfolio and determine which line of our services best fulfills your project needs.
Together we develop a preliminary budget and timeline for your project, culminating with a design work agreement.

Through close collaboration and intensive gathering of information we will establish a comprehensive scope of work.
Our design team will refine initial ideas and present a creative concept tailored specifically to you.
Preliminary plans, palettes, furnishings, lighting and materials are reviewed and discussed.

Once all requested adjustments to our preliminary drawings and concepts have been completed, our team will develop and finalize your design in preparation of our final presentation.
During this time, product selections, custom finishes, and design details are presented and approved in order to define a target budget and begin the transition from vision to reality.

Design work has been concluded and your documentation package is prepared for your approval.
Site meetings with our trade professionals will be conducted to establish actual cost based on your custom project.
Upon your approval, material and furnishing orders are generated, submitted and diligently tracked with each manufacturer in preparation for installation.

Project schedules are laid out and construction commences. Our team is routinely participating in on-site meetings to ensure each component is being implemented according to the vision and specifications.
As your project nears completion we are receiving, inspecting and delivering goods for installation.
Your space becomes what was envisioned as the finishing details are completed.
